Do users have to have a NFC compatible phone?

This user must either have a ToGGeL reader for their laptop or an NFC enabled mobile device

No, the parent, guest or user will log into the app to see the aggregated taps collected.

Help, I am not receiving communication from the school, teacher, facilitator?

The school teacher, facilitator or coach has to tap the student NFC wristband or card in order to aggregate taps, which you receive as communication. Please contact the user responsible for collection of taps to express your concern

You can reset your password once you have downloaded the app, alternatively your company admin can reset your password for you.

You can only be reset passwords. To protect your account a strong, unique, and random password is generated for each account.
